Ha yeah! You can get started with very limited tools, I did. Just try making things out of cheap soft materials. Do not worry about functionality, just worry about the shape and building the correct techniques.
Since I live in the city, I'm afraid being noisy to the neighborhoods. I wonder if I really need to move outside the city or not for blacksmithing lol
